10 Jun Community Planting Day at Guilderton June 13th
925 native seedlings were planted on the Community Planting Day at Guilderton on 13th June! 19 people gave up their Sunday morning to help plant native seedlings on the Guilderton dunes. We used seedlings grown by APACE from seed that volunteers had handpicked from the dunes last November. We were blessed with great weather and everyone worked hard to get the job done before enjoying a burger at the club. Thanks to the Federal Community Environment Program for funding the seedlings, and to all the vollies who attended. Now for the rain dance.
