Visitor Centre – calling Volunteers

The Guilderton Visitor Centre

Visitor Centre – calling Volunteers

The Guilderton Visitor Centre is situated on the foreshore near the caravan park entrance and is the first place that many visitors to Guilderton go to.  It is here you can find information on places to go, attractions to see, where to eat and at the same time pick up some souvenirs to take home to family and friends.  It has a great range of gifts, ideal for that  hard to find gift.

The Visitor Centre has local produce such as jams, honey and oil, locally made jewellery and craft items, postcards and calendars by local artist Anne Gilkes, sand boards and gift items from the Men’s Shed and lots more.  You can now use your credit card to make your purchases.

The Centre is run by local volunteers who can help you with information about the town and the local shire.  Would you like to be part of this small but dynamic team that meet and greet these people?  If so, contact Linda on 0414 631 273 for more information.

Come down for a chat and have a look around, the Centre is open weekends, and public and school holidays between 9:30 and 12:30.
